Mr. Jugal Kishore Bagrodia, is a fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was President of MCCI for the term 2019-20. After working with Birla Group as a senior executive, he started own business of fabrics manufacturing and yarn trading and agencies. He is the Sr. Partner of Manglam Yarn Agencies, a leading Textile Trading organisation of India. He is a devoted social worker, has been past President of Lion’s Club Bhilwara & was Project Chairman of Lion’s Eye Hospital Bhilwara. He is Executive President of Agarwal Samaj Sewa Pranyas, President of proposed Girls School of Agarwal Samaj Sampati Trust. He is actively involved with Ganesh Utsav Sewa Samittee and Cancer Care Foundation, Bhilwara.

Mr. Dinesh Nolkha is the Managing Director of Nitin Spinners Ltd., Bhilwara. He is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. He had a brilliant academic career having secured 4th rank on All India Basis in ICWA Final Exam. in 1991 and merit holder in ICAI Exam. Mr. Nolkha is the active member of MCCI and served as Vice President and Sr. Vice President and was the President of MCCI for the term 2017-19. After completing his professional education, the entrepreneur instinct in Mr. Dinesh Nolkha prompted him to enter into Textiles industry. He was instrumental in setting up Nitin Spinners Ltd. in the year 1993 with an initial investment of Rs. 3.00 Crores. With continuous expansions, the total Capital Investments in the company has grown to about Rs. 1200 Crores till March 2018. Nitin Spinners Limited is engaged in the manufacturing of cotton yarn and knitted fabrics ranging from Ne 5 to Ne 60 in single & multifold yarns and various structures of knitted fabrics. The yarns produced by the Company are suitable for multiple applications such as Knitted & woven Apparels, Terry Towels, Denims, Home Furnishing, medical and industrial Fabrics. The knitted fabrics produced by the company are used by renowned brands in Apparel and Garment Industry. The company is exporting about 65 % of its produce to more than 50 countries across the globe including the European Union, USA, Latin America, Middle East Asia, Far East Asian Countries, African countries etc.

Mr. Anil Mansinghka is the Chairman of Sharda Group of Companies. He holds Masters Degree from Rajasthan University. He is actively involved in Textile Business since last 35 years, and as the Chairman of Sharda Group of Companies, is amongst most successful, leading, powerful businessman in International business for last two decades. His company Sharda Europe Co., Ltd (Poland) is ranked by Poland Ministry of Economy as No.1 company in Textile Sector for trade between India-Poland and having leading position in Top 10 for entire trade between India-Poland. Sharda Group has become 1st Indian company in Poland to be nominated in list of DIAMOND FORBES in year 2012. He has travelled about 30 countries all over the world for business.

Mr. J.C. Laddha was the Executive Director and Chief Executive (Yarn Business) of RSWM Limited, the Flagship company of LNJ Bhilwara Group. He is the Chairman of Sudiva Spinners Ltd a leading manufacturer and exporter of cotton yarn. He is B.Com. & 1973 Batch Chartered Accountant. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Mr. Laddha joined LNJ Bhilwara in 1973 as an Accountant and during his long association with the group, he held various responsible positions at various locations. Presently he is member on the Board of Directors of RSWM Limited. As President of Rotary Club at Banswara, he provided leadership to the various activities of the club for its number of service projects for up liftment of the poor and weaker section of the society.

Mr. Vinod Kumar Sodani, is the Executive Director of Sangam India Ltd., Bhilwara. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is the Executive Director of Sangam India Ltd, a Group with turnover of more than Rs 2500 crore and looks after its Process and Flock units. Mr. V.K. Sodani is Member of International Association of Business Leaders, USA, Bhilwara branch of CIRC of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Synthetics and Rayon Export Promotion Council Mumbai. He is administrator of Soni Apollo Hospital of the Sangam Group.

Dr. Pooran Mal Beswal is the Chairman of Ranjan Group of Industries, having interest in Textile Fabric Manufacturing and a leading exporter of Man Made Fabrics. He is an M.B.A. from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and Ph.D. in Management from Guru Jambeshwar University, Hissar. He has vast experience in Textile Industry. Initially he joined LNJ Bhilwara Group and established their processing unit Bhilwara Processors Ltd. and was its Managing Director. Later, he joined A.V. Birla Group and was Executive Vice President in Foundry Unit and CE of Ferro Alloys unit. He established his own textile units in Bhilwara. He has been a Member of Powerloom Advisory Board of the Ministry of Textiles and Advisory Board Member of Centre for Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management of Maharashi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer. He was Chartered President of Bharat Vikas Parishad, President & Regional Chairman of Lions Club, Bhilwara, President of Agarwal Samaj Trust, Bhilwara and District Chair Person of Agarwal Samaj. He Founded Bhilwara Cancer Care Foundation working for Cancer Diagnostics & Awareness, by organizing monthly camps and helping people in treatment of Cancer.

Mr. D.Ravisankar was the President of J.K. Cement Works, Nimbahera / J.K. Cement Works, Mangrol & J.K. Power, Bamania (Units of J.K. Cement Ltd.). He is Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in 1968 from Tamil Nadu and started his career in Cement Industry. He had joined J.K. Cement in 1978 and has credit of many laurels and achievements due to his leadership. He became head of the Unit in the year 1989. He has extensive and sound professional experience in cement industry and known as one of the best technocrats of Indian Cement Industry. He is member of Plant Engineers of India and connected with number of professional and social welfare organizations. Apart from excellent technical and administrative capabilities he is very popular among employees and local public due to his exemplary human approach and social services.

Mr. Mahaveer Mal Lodha was the General Manager (Commercial) of J.K. Industries Ltd., Kankroli. He is B.Sc.,LL.B. and Diploma in Personnel Management. Under his leadership JK Tyre has won several prestigious International & National awards in quality and customer satisfaction.

Mr. Mor Dhwaj Gagrani, B.Com., FCA, was the President of BSL Ltd. Presently, is the Managing Director of Manju Shree Syntex Pvt. Ltd. A key pioneer professional of LNJ Bhilwara Group he was the President of BSL Ltd. Bhilwara for a long period upto 2007. Born on 02.04.1953, Mr. M.D. Gagrani after obtaining Fellowship of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, started his career as a Management Trainee with RSWM, Gulabpura in 1977. He was among the first group of professional managers inducted in the LNJ (Bhilwara) group and rose from Management trainee to the post of the President of BSL Ltd. Mr. M.D. Gagrani had been Sr. Vice-President of Rajasthan Textile Processors Association, Bhilwara and President of Bhilwara District UNESCO Association.

Mr. Dinesh Chanda, a well known expert of Cement Industry was the President of Birla Cement Works and Chittor Cement Works, Chittorgarh. Born on 26.10.1936, Mr. Dinesh Chanda took his B.E. Degree from the University of Roorkee in 1958 and was awarded Gold Medal. He is a member of the Institute of Engineers since 1973 and also a Member of the Indian Institute of Welding since 1976. He is also a Chartered Engineer. He has extensive professional experience in hydel and thermal power plant design, operation and maintenance. He also received training for production of large capacity of thermal and hydro power plants in USSR and Germany. He had worked for 23 years for BHEL and for 8-1/2 years for HEC, Ranchi, out of which for 6-1/2 years he was Director (Production).

Mr. Arun Kumar Churiwal is the Chairman & Managing Director of BSL Ltd., a LNJ Group Company. Born on 15th May, 1950, he has significantly contributed in development and modernization of textile industry in the country. He has been Past President of Merchant Chamber of Commerce, Kolkata, Past Chairman of Indian Woollen Mills Federation, Mumbai, Member of Governing Council of Bombay Textile Research Association, Mumbai, Wool Research Association, Mumbai.

Mr. Sriniwas Niwas Modani is the Managing Director of Sangam (India) Ltd. He is M.Sc. (Chemistry), MBA and has deep professional knowledge of textile industry and significantly contributed for the development & modernization of the textile industry in Rajasthan. He is the Chairman of Rajasthan Textile Mills Association & had been Director of Indian Cotton Mills Federation, New Delhi. He was Committee Member of HRD-Committee, Textile Committee of FICCI.

Mr. Rajender Nath Gupta was the President of BSL Ltd., Bhilwara. Born on 5th August, 1939 at Firozpur, Punjab he is a Textile Technologist and has wide experience of Textile Industry in India and abroad. A key professional of LNJ Bhilwara Group, he was pioneer in establishing groups Spinning Mills. He was also associated with leading textile companies of India of Calico, Birlas & Modis. He was Executive Director of Rajasthan Spinning & Weaving Mills Ltd., Kharigram and Managing Director of Bhilwara Spinners Ltd., Bhilwara.

Mr. Ram Pal Soni is the Chairman of Sangam Group of Industries, a prominent textile company of India having presence in Spinning, Weaving, Processing, Knitting and Flock. Born on 26 January, 1946, he is a Civil Engineer by education and a well known expert of Textile Industry by profession. He was the Chairman of Rajasthan Textile Mills Association from 2005 to 2011. He was also All India President of Maheshwari Mahasabha. He has been Past President of Synthetic Weaving Mills Association, Rajasthan Textile Processors Association, Textile Association of India, Rajasthan Unit, Mewar Anusandhan Samiti, Shri Mahesh Seva Samiti, Engineers Association, UNESCO Federation, Bhilwara Zila Maheshwari Sabha. He had also been Executive Committee Member of FICCI, PHD Chamber. Apart from these, he has been the President, Vice President, Trustee of numerous social, educational and professional organizations. Established Institute of Technology & Management, providing Engineering & Management education in Bhilwara. Also established a modern hospital Soni Apollo Hospital at Bhilwara. He had been recipient of several awards Best Marketing Award by Institute of Marketing Management, Bhamashah Award by Rajasthan Government, Udyog Patra Award by Central Government etc

Mr. Ratan Lal Nolkha is the Chairman of Nitin Spinners Ltd., the largest cotton yarn spinning & exporting unit in Rajasthan. He is F.C.A., F.C.S. and F.I.C.W.A. A well known professional of textile industry in Rajasthan, he has led a number of companies in important positions. He was associated with Aditya Mills Ltd., as Finance Manager and as the Finance Manager and Company Secretary with Surya Roshni Ltd., at Delhi. In 1976, he joined Rajasthan Spinning and Weaving Mills Limited (RSWM), a LNJ Group of Company as Financial Controller at its Corporate Office, Delhi. In 1979, he was appointed General Manager of BSL Limited and ended his career in BSL as Managing Director of the company in 1997. He was awarded Udyog Patra in the year 2003. He had been the Chairman of Northern India Textile Research Association (NITRA), and Rajasthan Textile Mills Association. He is also a member of Governing Council of Confederation of Indian Textile Industry.

Mr. A.K. Dugar is a Senior Business Executive, with long experience in the textile industry. Born on 8th March 1939, a Post Graduate in Commerce, Shri Dugar has led a number of textile units in important senior positions. He was associated with Rajasthan Spinning & Weaving Mills Ltd., Bhilwara for 15 years. He rose to the position of Mill Manager from the initial position of Accounts Officer. In 1980 he joined Modern Thread (India) Ltd., Raila as the Managing Director and was with Modern Group up to 1994. He also worked with Reliance Chemotex Industries Ltd., Udaipur, GSL (India) Ltd., Gujarat, Super Syncotex (India) Ltd., Gulabpura on top positions. He was awarded “VIJAY RATAN” in 1993 by Human Resources Development Department, Govt. of India for Excellence in Textile Industry.

Mr. Om Prakash Rupramka was Managing Director to M/s Rajasthan Spinning & Weaving Mills Ltd. He started working with M/s B.K. Birla group and was promoted to the position of General Manager just at the age of 26. There after he had joined to LNJ Bhilwara Group where he had achieved to the position of Managing Director on Board to its flagship company, M/s Rajasthan Spinning & Weaving Mills Ltd (RSWM LTD). Notably, he was the founder President of Rotary Club of Bijainagar & Gulabpura. Also known as Mr. OPR, he is remembered for his contribution in nurturing and for establishing Synthetic Textile Industry in Bhilwara. He had developed in Rajasthan an Industrial culture of doing the in-state Value addition to Yarns all by making the finished Fabrics. Initially he convinced five Entrepreneurs from Bhilwara to put up the small sized weaving units at Bhilwara and had given them all support services right from training, priority yarn supplies, technical back-up and processing for making the finished fabrics, like what Maruti & Hero Honda did in Gurgaon. That is why today Bhilwara city is unimaginably world’s largest P/V suiting producing industrial base. He was the key man in launching a state-of-art Textile Engineering Institute in Bhilwara and had remained its Secretary till his last working day with Bhilwara Group. Presently he is involved in Investment activities and is residing at Jaipur.

Mr. M.M.Goswami was the President of Birla Corporation Ltd, Chittorgarh unit. He was pioneer in setting up of Birla Cement Ltd & Chittor Cement Ltd at Chanderia (Chittorgarh). He was the First President of Mewar Chamber from Chittorgarh.

Late Mr. Shikhar Chand Jain was the General Manager of Rajasthan Spinning & Weaving Mills Ltd, Bhilwara. He was a key executive of LNJ Bhilwara group in the initial years of development.

Mr. K.K. Mansinghka is Managing Director of Rajasthan Vanaspati Products Ltd, a group having Vanaspati & Edible Oil Industry in Bhilwara, M.P. & Maharastra. He is a governing council member of Seth Murlidhar Mansinghka Girls College & Girls School at Bhilwara.

Mr. Hari Singh Ranka is the Promoter & Chairman of Modern Group of Industries having diversified interest in textiles, woollens, terry towels, insulators etc. Born on 3rd November, 1939, a Commerce Graduate with Second Rank in Rajasthan University in 1959, he had been a key professional of LNJ Bhilwara Group, established Bhilwara & Kharigram unit of the Group. Later he founded his own group “Modern”. He has been Past Chairman of Rajasthan Textile Mills Association, Past President of Textile Association of India, Member of Advisory Committee (Textile) of IFCI, Member of Managing Committee of Indian Woollen Mills Federation, Member of Regional Committee of IDBI, Member of High Power Industrial Development Committee of Government of Rajasthan, Director of RIICO. He is the Managing Trustee of Acharya Shri Nanesh Samta Vikas Trust having educational Institutes, Village “Danta” (Chittorgarh) also running Hospital and Meditation Centre. He has established a well equipped modern hostel at Navi Mumbai for C.A., M.B.A. students. Recipient of several awards including “Udyog Patra” Award by Government of India, Silver Shield by Rajasthan Financial Corporation and highest Export National Award by Ministry of Commerce.

Late Mr. Shiv Kumar Mansinghka belonged to Seth Pusa Lal Mansinghka family, the first group who started various mining and trading activities at Bhilwara. A Gold Medallist in M.Com from Rajasthan University, he was the Chairman of the Bank of Rajasthan Ltd, the first Bank set up at Bhilwara by his father. He was also President of Rajasthan Chamber of Commerce & Industry for more than 15 years, till his death. Mansinghka group had diversified interest in woollen yarn, mica, asbestos and other mineral mining, banking etc.

Late (Seth) Sampat Mal Lodha was the Managing Director of The Mewar Textile Mills Ltd., the first textile mill setup in 1939 of Bhilwara. He was a scion of the famous Lodha family of Ajmer, who were the Bankers of the Railways and the Government during British Rule. Born on 21.09.1938, he managed the Mewar Textile Mills for about 35 years, which he inheritated from his father, before its management was taken over by the State Government. He served as the Chairman of Rajasthan Textile Mills Association, the organisation setup by his late father, Seth Sobhag Mal Lodha in 1954, as the Chairman during 1972-1974. He was a well known industrialist, philanthropic, social worker and educationalist. He had kneen interest in the Indian Art & Culture and had a vast collection. He was a Philatelist, also. Mr. S.M. Lodha had started Vidhya Niketan, now a Sr. Secondary School, the first English Medium School at Bhilwara. He was the Chairman of Sthanakvasi Shravak Sangh, Ajmer till his death on 11.02.2006. The Lodhas had constructed several Dharamshalas, Schools & other buildings for the common people at several places in the country. They constructed the original building of Mahatma Gandhi Hospital at Bhilwara in 1952.

Mr. M.P.Mansinghka was Chairman of Rajasthan Vanaspati Products Ltd, a group having Vanaspati & Edible Oil Industry units in Bhilwara, M.P. & Maharastra. Presenting he is living at Nagpur. The group donated school buildings for Seth Murlidhar Mansinghka Girls College & Girls School at Bhilwara.

Mr. L.N. Jhunjhunwala, the Founder President of Mewar Chamber, is the founder and Chairman Emeritus of L N J Bhilwara Group, having diversified interest in textiles spounge iron, graphites and energy. The group has 14 textile mills in its umbrella. Founder President of Mewar Chamber of Commerce & Industry, L N J, popularly known as “Babu” was also the First Chairman of Board of Governors of Indian Institute of Management, Indore. Born on 17th October, 1928 at Mukundgarh in Rajasthan, he is a Post Graduate in Mathematics and was a devoted follower of Mahatma Gandhi and Acharya Vinoba Bhave. He has kneen interest in Indian Classical Music and is an exponent of Dhrupad. Deeply attached to Ram Krishna Mission. Contributed in establishment of University of Ram Krishna Mission. Writer of “Parliament of Religions”. Promoter of Chess in India, established National Chess Trust. Established Textile Engineering College now known as MLV Textile & Engineering College, Bhilwara, also Vivekanand Kendra Schools at Hurda & Banswara. Started LNJ Bhilwara Research Fellowship for research in Neno Technology, Bio Technology & Space Science.
