He is a devoted social worker, has been past President of Lion’s Club Bhilwara & was Project Chairman of Lion’s Eye Hospital Bhilwara. He is Executive President of Agarwal Samaj Sewa Pranyas, President of proposed Girls School of Agarwal Samaj Sampati Trust. He is actively involved with Ganesh Utsav Sewa Samittee and Cancer Care Foundation, Bhilwara.

Mr. Dinesh Nolkha is the Managing Director of Nitin Spinners Ltd., Bhilwara. He is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. He had a brilliant academic career having secured 4th rank on All India Basis in ICWA Final Exam. in 1991 and merit holder in ICAI Exam. Mr. Nolkha is the active member of MCCI and served as Vice President and Sr. Vice President and was the President of MCCI for the term 2017-19. After completing his professional education, the entrepreneur instinct in Mr. Dinesh Nolkha prompted him to enter into Textiles industry. He was instrumental in setting up Nitin Spinners Ltd. in the year 1993 with an initial investment of Rs. 3.00 Crores. With continuous expansions, the total Capital Investments in the company has grown to about Rs. 1200 Crores till March 2018. Nitin Spinners Limited is engaged in the manufacturing of cotton yarn and knitted fabrics ranging from Ne 5 to Ne 60 in single & multifold yarns and various structures of knitted fabrics. The yarns produced by the Company are suitable for multiple applications such as Knitted & woven Apparels, Terry Towels, Denims, Home Furnishing, medical and industrial Fabrics. The knitted fabrics produced by the company are used by renowned brands in Apparel and Garment Industry. The company is exporting about 65 % of its produce to more than 50 countries across the globe including the European Union, USA, Latin America, Middle East Asia, Far East Asian Countries, African countries etc.

He is an M.B.A. from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and Ph.D. in Management from Guru Jambeshwar University, Hissar. He has vast experience in Textile Industry. Initially he joined LNJ Bhilwara Group and established their processing unit Bhilwara Processors Ltd. and was its Managing Director. Later, he joined A.V. Birla Group and was Executive Vice President in Foundry Unit and CE of Ferro Alloys unit. He established his own textile units in Bhilwara. He has been a Member of Powerloom Advisory Board of the Ministry of Textiles and Advisory Board Member of Centre for Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management of Maharashi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer. He was among the first group of professional managers inducted in the LNJ (Bhilwara) group and rose from Management trainee to the post of the President of BSL Ltd. He has been Past President of Synthetic Weaving Mills Association, Rajasthan Textile Processors Association, Textile Association of India, Rajasthan Unit, Mewar Anusandhan Samiti, Shri Mahesh Seva Samiti, Engineers Association, UNESCO Federation, Bhilwara Zila Maheshwari Sabha. He had also been Executive Committee Member of FICCI, PHD Chamber. Apart from these, he has been the President, Vice President, Trustee of numerous social, educational and professional organizations. Mr. Om Prakash Rupramka was Managing Director to M/s Rajasthan Spinning & Weaving Mills Ltd. He started working with M/s B.K. Birla group and was promoted to the position of General Manager just at the age of 26. There after he had joined to LNJ Bhilwara Group where he had achieved to the position of Managing Director on Board to its flagship company, M/s Rajasthan Spinning & Weaving Mills Ltd (RSWM LTD). Notably, he was the founder President of Rotary Club of Bijainagar & Gulabpura. Also known as Mr. OPR, he is remembered for his contribution in nurturing and for establishing Synthetic Textile Industry in Bhilwara. He had developed in Rajasthan an Industrial culture of doing the in-state Value addition to Yarns all by making the finished Fabrics. Initially he convinced five Entrepreneurs from Bhilwara to put up the small sized weaving units at Bhilwara and had given them all support services right from training, priority yarn supplies, technical back-up and processing for making the finished fabrics, like what Maruti & Hero Honda did in Gurgaon. That is why today Bhilwara city is unimaginably world’s largest P/V suiting producing industrial base. He was the key man in launching a state-of-art Textile Engineering Institute in Bhilwara and had remained its Secretary till his last working day with Bhilwara Group. Presently he is involved in Investment activities and is residing at Jaipur.
Mr. Om Prakash Rupramka was Managing Director to M/s Rajasthan Spinning & Weaving Mills Ltd. He started working with M/s B.K. Birla group and was promoted to the position of General Manager just at the age of 26. There after he had joined to LNJ Bhilwara Group where he had achieved to the position of Managing Director on Board to its flagship company, M/s Rajasthan Spinning & Weaving Mills Ltd (RSWM LTD). Notably, he was the founder President of Rotary Club of Bijainagar & Gulabpura. Also known as Mr. OPR, he is remembered for his contribution in nurturing and for establishing Synthetic Textile Industry in Bhilwara. He had developed in Rajasthan an Industrial culture of doing the in-state Value addition to Yarns all by making the finished Fabrics. Initially he convinced five Entrepreneurs from Bhilwara to put up the small sized weaving units at Bhilwara and had given them all support services right from training, priority yarn supplies, technical back-up and processing for making the finished fabrics, like what Maruti & Hero Honda did in Gurgaon. That is why today Bhilwara city is unimaginably world’s largest P/V suiting producing industrial base. He was the key man in launching a state-of-art Textile Engineering Institute in Bhilwara and had remained its Secretary till his last working day with Bhilwara Group. Presently he is involved in Investment activities and is residing at Jaipur.

Late (Seth) Sampat Mal Lodha was the Managing Director of The Mewar Textile Mills Ltd., the first textile mill setup in 1939 of Bhilwara. He was a scion of the famous Lodha family of Ajmer, who were the Bankers of the Railways and the Government during British Rule. Born on 21.09.1938, he managed the Mewar Textile Mills for about 35 years, which he inheritated from his father, before its management was taken over by the State Government. He served as the Chairman of Rajasthan Textile Mills Association, the organisation setup by his late father, Seth Sobhag Mal Lodha in 1954, as the Chairman during 1972-1974. He was a well known industrialist, philanthropic, social worker and educationalist. He had kneen interest in the Indian Art & Culture and had a vast collection. He was a Philatelist, also. Mr. S.M. Lodha had started Vidhya Niketan, now a Sr. Secondary School, the first English Medium School at Bhilwara. He was the Chairman of Sthanakvasi Shravak Sangh, Ajmer till his death on 11.02.2006. The Lodhas had constructed several Dharamshalas, Schools & other buildings for the common people at several places in the country. They constructed the original building of Mahatma Gandhi Hospital at Bhilwara in 1952.
