Mr. Dwarka Prasad Mangal is a qualified Chartered Accountant with vast industrial experience of more than 45
years in the textile industry. He has served in top large textile corporate companies such as RSWM Ltd. as an
Executive Director (Corporate), JCT Limited as Chief Executive Textiles, and was involved in various expansion
projects, mergers & acquisition at RSWM Ltd. both in India and overseas.
Presently, he is the Promoter-Executive Chairman of M/s Lagnam Spintex Limited, a NSE-listed company
located at Bhilwara District, Rajasthan. The facility spans over 48,263 square meters and has an installed
capacity of 41,472 spindles for compact yarn, 25,536 spindles for normal yarn, and 1,920 rotors for 100%
cotton yarn, with a capacity to produce 71 tons of high-quality yarn per day. He also assists the Board in
formulating business strategies, establishing policies, planning technological upgrades, devising financial
strategies, and developing new products.
